Help Agents Schedule calls with Customers? Calendly integration?

Hey all,

Has anyone found/developed a way to connect JSM with Google Calendar and automatically allow agents to send call times suggestions and book meetings directly from JIRA?

Thinking even an imbedded calendly integration or something similar to this?

Hi Beth,

We usually just send a link (no actual integration) to a group event.

What are you looking in the integration? Why just sending a link doesn't work?

Hi @Move Work Forward Thanks for your response. That would work I just wanted to help keep the agents in the JIRA platform as much as possible to streamline their work.
