Hi all,
I have two portals which are open and can be accessed by anyone and no accounts are required.
I want my projects to be like this:
- Customers for project A can create tickets per portal or per mail.
- Customers for project B can only create tickets per mail. So no one should be able see the portal of project B.
Is this possible?
Hi @Peng Zhou
Out of the box this is not possible. You may want to try downloading the extension for service desk which hides portals based on groups/users. I'm not sure about customers, so feel free to contact them.
Hi @Fabian Lim
Thank you for the response. I tried the extension, but seems like hiding portals is not possible on Jira Cloud which I am using. I might have overlooked. Do you know of another extension that might be of use?

Hi,
I'm Kate, product owner of Extension. Yes, you're right. The visibility feature is not available on cloud version due to technical limitations. We're still waiting for Atlassian, tracking the progress (or rather: lack of progress) in this ticket: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JSDECO-120 Unfortunately, there is no solution on the marketplace.
Best regards,
Kate
