Hello,

I have a project in JIRA, and I would like to hide the "Request type" (as I will have only one Request type) field when I click on the button "Create" of my tenant. Screenshot 2022-09-14 104534.png

Is this something that can be done?

You can remove the field from the "create issue" screen.

Hello, thank you for the feedback!

Indeed, I can see that I can hide the fields via going to "Create Issue" screen, but, there is no "Request type" (that is the field that I want to hide) field in that list. Is this particular field something special that I can not hide by how JIRA is made?

Thank you in advance.Slide1.PNG
