Where is the menu item for Organizations under project?

Hi!

In the new interface you can find the button here:

The equivalent in the "older" one would be this:

When you navigate into an organization you will see the option to include new customers:

In both cases you can add new organizations at the top right. Your orgs will always appear on top of the list.

Hi @William Evans just to clarify, are you trying to add a customer to an Organization in your JSM project?

In the new GUI, there is a 'Directory' Tab in the left menu as part of your project.  Customers and Organizations have moved under that.

In the Old GUI there should be a 'Customers' as well as an 'Organizations' option in the left menu of your JSM Project.
