Hi, I want to know how I can change fields (type: Select List (single choice)) directly doing click in it and select one of the values of my list.
Sometimes i have to change in 5 or 10 tickets one field and i have to enter in each ticket to change the field, or use bulk change option in filters that for only 5 or 10 tickets have to much steps.

Hi @Trey Hurst I Only found Bulk Change in tools to do that, if you have a lot of tickets and only do this 2 o 3 times a month is not bad option, but if you have to do for 4 or 5 tickets every day is not optimal. Good luck.

I am also interested in finding a solution in this since I would like to change priority when being in the queue view. It takes quite soem time to enter each case and change the priority there. So, please could support answer this thread if it is possible or not? And if possible, please explain how, thanks!
