How can I choose 'Share with "no-one"' by default in customer portal

When a user raises a request on JIRA service management, at the bottom it asks for a "Share with" option, how can I remove that field from the portal?

Hi @Amit Bisht and welcome to the community,

Go here: https://YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/jira-service-management-configuration and select "No, don't share email requests with the customer's organization. Requests sent from the portal will not be shared unless the customer selects otherwise" under "Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization?":

Then go to:

  • Cog wheel
  • Products
  • Configuration (under Jira Service Management)
