Hi,
I want to know if there a way to embed Jira Virtual Service Agent/Chatbot on my website. If there is any JavaScript code snippet or if there is any URL that I can use to embed on my website directly.
Please let me know.
Thanks!
Hi, @Pavithra Kandula!
These documents describe how to set-up the embeddable widget and enable the virtual agent through it.

Hi @Camilo Galleguillos ,
Thank you so much for your response!
I followed the link that you suggested, and it says Project settings, then Channels & self-service, then Widget.
I did follow that path, but I don't see the Virtual Agent option anywhere in my project.
Please let me know if I missed anything!
Thank you!

Oh it seems that the virtual service agent in the widget is only available to Premium Jira Service Management customers who have signed up for the Early Access Program (EAP). You can request to join the EAP by filling out this form:

Hi there! You can use widgets to embed the virtual service agent onto a website. It gives you an embed code you can paste in. There are a few requirements for set up and those can be found at the links below:
Hope that helps!

Hi @Pavithra Kandula , I see what you mean! I believe this has to do with them changing the JSM project settings layout. The new one more closely follows the support docs but for me (and looks like for you) it is showing the old layout of project settings, so wondering if there is a bug right now.
