I am the admin for my Jira organization. I have a Jira service management project that was just switched to a free plan from a standard one. I am wondering how I can see the receipts for previous payments for the service management project.
I can access the billing section, but all I can see is the billing preview without access to the receipts.

Hi @Daiyue Weng , see if this works...
go to Billing under Administration and for the product click on the ellipses on the right and select Manage. This will take you to a page where you will see Billing history in the sidebar.

I clicked the Jira Service Management project and selected Manage, but I couldn't see the Billing History (as depicted in the screenshot).
