When creating a task in the jira project, it is possible to specify the start date of the task execution.
And how can I specify the start time of the task execution?
This is necessary only for information, the time accounting itself is not important.

going forward with your idea I would suggest a new field of type "Date Picker" or "Date Time Picker".

Please note also the last info box where some additional steps are explained to make the field work correctly (especially configuring in Issue Layout is mentioned there).

If you add a custom date/time field, then yes, you can record your start date.
