How can I sum several statuses to show as Completed on the Velocity chart?

Several of our teams use various statuses for "Done". They have statues for "in Staging" and "Merged" in order to allow those Jira cards to undergo final testing before they push it to Production. 

In order to sum the total points of ALL the items in "Done", "In Staging", "Merged" on the Velocity chart what do I need to do?  I currently have them all mapped in the last column on the sprint board but do I also need to make sure those additional statuses are "green" in the workflow?  is there anything else I need to do?

Basically, Will that give me a sum of all those statues as a "Completed" number on the chart?

Hi @Lisa Besteni,

As you can read in this support article on the Velocity chart, issues are considered done if they are mapped to the right-most column of your board. That is the only requirement.

Confirming this to be 100% sure --- if a developer marks the card status as "in staging", if the "in staging" status is mapped to the farthest right column on the board, the Velocity Chart with count those pointes as "Completed"?
