We currently have a request type in our portal that gets pulled into a specific queue for our IT team to monitor. When the due date approaches (on that same day) we'd all like to receive an email from JSD notifying us that we need to go in and review those tickets.
How could this be achieved without purchasing any add-ons?

This worked for me! Another question to add, is it possible to associate that specific ticket that caused the trigger to send?
So if issue on project ABC123 this trigger went off to send the email, could I also reference the issue number in the email? This is what I was able to achieve so far.
