How do I add or see a project portal to our "Featured portals" on our portal homepage?

Hello! Please see screenshot. We currently have 2 project portals showing up on our portals page. We have other projects with portals that we are wanting to put here under "Featured portals". What dictates whether or not our portals show up here?

I am missing a portal for a project that I have full admin rights to, so that is not the issue. Also, there is no option under:

Project>Project Settings>Customer permissions
or
Project>Project Settings>Portal settings

I can access the portal directly, and use it as normal. I just see no options anywhere that push this portal to the "Features portals" or permission settings. Thank you!
