How do I change text on the SD portal page?

Project settings under service desk project > Portal settings > Service desk information (name and introduction text) 

is an show-only field, I can't edit it. 

What am I doin wrong?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Being an administrator I thought I already had those permissions. Under People I found I missed a role, which I fortunately could assign myself!
