Hello all,
I would like to add an IQL filter to an insight object field configuration but get the message below.
When I go to my global automation I don't have any automation rules turned on.
How come I still get the message "Filter issue scope (IQL) is not supported when running automation rules"?
How do I get him away?
Thanks in advance for helping
Hi @Alfons Mientjes,
That is just an information message (as you can see from the (i) icon preceding the message itself. So it's not an error, not a warning, just something to keep in mind if you would some day consider to include the field in an automation rule.
Your users won't see that message when they are working with the field on issues, so don't worry about it!
Hope this helps!
Hello Walter
Thanks for the response, then I only have one question, how do I get the IQL filter enabled, because into the picture, as you can see in the screenshot, it is not shown.

I don't have a test environment available to showcase, but I would expect it to become available after you specify the Object source (the schema in your screenshot).

I've looked, but unfortunately not, maybe I need to set something in the object source?
