We are inviting customers on the cloud service desk customer invite but for some reason they are getting all three of the license that we currently use. We don't want license to go out to customers. Do we need to turn the defaults off in the User Management > Application Access > User Defaults...?
In the help desk we are using the customer invite tab to invite them. But for some reason some of them are getting licenses. I don't know if it has to do with Onelogin or the default settings in the user management

check the following configuration - Jira settings > User Management > Product access

If the license are set for default when users are added we just have to deselected them as default correct?

yes. but IMO your defaults should be off. i would much rather have a manual process for selecting which apps a user gets when I add them than to worry about deselecting the application.
