How to Migrate Service Management project from One Instance to another Instance ?

1. I have two instances which is Instance A (Dev) and Instance B (Prod) i want to migrate the data and project along with their configurations as well. please provide me how to do the same.

2. What are the Prerequisites for migration process ? are we require any kind of specific roles/Privileges ? 

Kindly provide me the migration steps from one instance to another instance?

Cloud-to-cloud migrations are currently in beta, you can read more here.

Is your Instance A (Dev) a sandbox or a completely separate instance?

Personally, I wouldn't recommend using this scenario (yet).
