Hi there,
if the list of native requests is not enough for you, I strongly encourage you to take a look at the My Requests Extension app.
Thanks to this product, you will be able to extend the list of fields or search criteria to Jira fields and custom fields (also 3rd party), export them, and many more.
Here is a link to our demo recording. I hope you enjoy it.
Best,
Klaudia
Hi @Yeswanths ,
If you want to add a column that does not exist in this predefined list of columns, you would need an app. You can check our app Advanced Portal Reports. With it you can show customers on the portal any Jira field, incl. custom fields, SLAs, etc. It also has advanced search options and Excel export with a very simple UI.
Cheers,
Elitsa

Morning Yeswanth
Atlassian appears to only allow the pre-defined list to show, without the ability to add custom fields:
This was added as part of this suggestion: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4580
There are potentially apps that will help you with this, but my knowledge is limited with those. However, someone may be able to suggest some for you!
Thanks!
