How to add custom permissions for customers.

Hi, I have this issue. Customers submit requests via email. A customer who submitted a request via email needs to log in to view their request. If such a customer logs in, they have access to the entire portal.

I want the logged-in customer to only have visibility to their own requests and nothing else.

You mean that you would like to remove the ability to navigate the customer portal?
