However, this guide is tailored for the cloud version, whereas we are utilizing Data Center. I have been unable to locate this particular option, yet the default template has been automatically applied with the release of 5.17.3. Unfortunately, this template does not meet our preferences. How can we go about changing it?

Thank you for your prompt reply! However, what I am looking for is not exactly what was provided. I am seeking an option to modify the templates displayed in the screenshot:
Upon this feature, the comment is automatically populated with "Hi xyz, Regards, zyx."
Do you have any suggestions or ideas on this matter?
