Hello,
I created the some automation rules from the Global Automation area. I have set it to send an email once it fulfils all criteria.
The thing is I don't get any emails? I tested 2 email accounts but still nothing. As you can see below it does say 'Success'
Anywhere to check email logs or confirm if its been sent?

In Jira settings>System>MAIL>Outgoing mail, check if outgoing mails are enabled.
You can also send a test mail in "Send Email".
Make sure you're logged in as Jira Admin.

You can check it, under Audit log. It will show, that "Successfully sent email.".
