I am building up a scope for JIRA server migration to cloud. If we want to use Single Sign On or LDAP authentication, how can we do that in the cloud? What is the cost for it?
Hi Kathryn,
Please refer to https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/saml-single-sign-on-873871238.html
Additionally, Atlassian is launching Identity Manager for early access later this year that will allow you to implement SAML and SSO.
Please take a look at https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/cloud/identity-manager

Bhushan

I clicked on the "saml-single-sign-on" link above and got a page not found. Could this answer be updated?

Chelsea thank you. We have LDAP working. I was looking for a solution for pass though authentication so the users wont have to login every time.

@Chelsea C Is it possible to setup Single Sign-on without any paid marketplace plugins?

@Oleksiy Nazarenko , SSO and SAML are available natively if you are deploying our Data Center offering. If you are using a Server instance, you will have to use a Marketplace app.

Actually I don't think that you can use that for Jira Core Server i see it installed but I cannot find where to configure it.

If you have Jira Server using SSO with AD, how do you account for active users? Is there something you can configure so not everyone in AD is always automatically a user in Jira? Or would you just time out quickly so you don't have everyone always on at the same time?
