Hi!
My company using cloud jira. I need to configure notifications in JSM.
I have installed Jira Cloud app on my android phone. I'm logged in this app, I can see notifications, I can configure them. I have turned on all "Issues notification". I have no schedule. I have check all configurations.
In the "contact methods" I see "Device name for ops" with my device name. And this line:
"To add or remove contact methods, visit settings on web. Go to Alert notifications > contact methods"
Ok, I'm here:
_MYCOMPANY_.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/alert-notifications
I see this:

Besides, I don't have "Your admin has disabled issue notifications for this site" message

I have read this. I checked all in-app configurations, nothing changed.

Maybe that's important: I do not have google services on my mobile phone, its pure android (LineageOS).

I can repeat my problem. In my app I'm reading this: "to add or remove contact methods, visit settings on web. Go to Alert notifications > Contact methods"
On this web page there are possibilities to add email and a phone number for sms or voice.
But under "Mobile push" there is no any active elements except qr-code. This qr-code not helping, I have installed app, I logged in.
