Hello Community!

We want to create Report, which should show status of all Asset Types, like all asset allocation status.

Currently we are having report which can show only one type of asset, but we need to show all asset types with status.

We have created Pie Chart over Dashboard, but it is of one type, we need multiple asset types in below format.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @PK, You can create "JQL Filters" This filter will include all issues of different asset types. You can add more criteria if needed (e.g., specific statuses or projects)and then Save the filter.
Then, Create a Dashboard and add a Gadget, such as a "Pie Chart" or "Issue Statistics."
Choose the filter you created in the dashboard configuration.
To display all asset types and their statuses, you can add multiple gadgets.
Also, you can use the third-party application "Custom Charts for Jira" to achieve this. This app is easy to configure and has multiple functionalities. I am personally using it.
Hope this will help!

Hi, @julia_gracia. I am using Jira Cloud and have configured similar custom reports.

Hello @Shikha Verma

Thanks for the reply!

We were using Datacenter, so is it applicable for DC also?

Hi @PK, I am not 100% sure, but research says that it applies to data centres, too. You can give it a try.

Hello @Shikha Verma ,

could you please confirm me, for Assets Dashboard how many gadget we can select, as we tried only one type called "Asset Gadget", but in this also few limitations are there, so please help me how we can create report and dashboard for assets.
