How to create a custom drop down field in the Jira Service management?

Hello ,

There is a project 'DGSM' set up & is being built .In the pathway of creating custom fields and assigning it to the respective issue screens , the field with the basic drop downs (having a couple of options to select) are much needed.

Please help in suggesting the steps to create a custom drop down in the Jira service management.

Hi @SAI ABHIRAM CHUNDURU

You need to.

Go to Settings | Issues | Custom fields
Create custom field
Select "Select List (single choice)"
