Other than that I am not seeing anything. You might be able to Zapier to get an integration in place.

If Genesys has an API then Zapier can act as an intermediary connector and allow you to bring the Genesys API and Jira API together without having to build a custom app.

We think that if Genesys API can Calling another API, we don't need app.
But You mean the Genesys can not calling REST API of the another application or service,
that why we need the Zapier which can calling REST API of Jira isn't it?
