How to hide Select List Fields based on value of another Custom field

Hi Team,

We are using Jira service management while creating the issue on customer portal we have select list field with two options, if we select the option A then the different values should be shown on transition screen custom field while closing the ticket and if we select second option other values should be shown for the same custom field while closing the ticket.

I don't want to auto select the values , just the values should be shown and user will select the values they want and source field will be on create screen and destination field will be on transition screen.
