How to input data to a custom field after create a request?

I use ScriptRunner (POST function) to calculate a custom field during create transition on Jire Service Management Cloud; however, I cannot find the REST API to input the calculation result in the custom field.

If you need to put new value in a customfield you will need to use the update issue API.
