I'm creating a project for the company I work for, but it needs asset management and I don't know how to link an incident with insight.
Welcome to the community. You will need to create custom field in your JSM env where the field is sourced from your Insight Object Schema object's attributes, then expose the field to your JSM project.
Once those fields are populated against your JSM project's issues, then you incident will be linked to your Insight Object Schema's objects.
Hope this helps.

Another question, sorry.
I already created the custom field and put it as an asset type, now I have to make the filter so that the field and insight are communicated, but when I do it, no registered Insight Object Schema appears knowing that I already created one, attach images with or exposed
I hope you can help me, thank you very much

Did you created the custom field using the Insight Object Type data type properly?
Here is the link on custom field creation referencing Insight Object Schema - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-the-insight-object-field/
