Hello.
I know the feature of migrating JSM Cloud to Cloud is still in development.
I have been looking for a workaround which fits us.
We only have 1 project in a Cloud instance, but a lot of issues and information.
Is there a way to migrate without losing any data of the proyect?
Many thanks in advance.

Welcome to the community and hope all is well. I can help with this as this has come up for me in the past number of times.
So there are different ways to do this and different tools to use.
Hello @A A Ron Geister [Trundl]
First of all, thank you for the welcome.
I have started my research based on your recommendations.
To be honest, Revyz makes more sense to me over the other 2, but I have found another app which allows me to do something similar and I think it suits me better.
If I may, I would like to ask you a question because of your expertise. Do you know "SalesForce" app? And if you do, what do you recommend the most?
Many thanks in advance for your help.

So for Salesforce I have always used Service Rocket market place app https://atlassian.servicerocket.com/connector-salesforce-jira This is there webpage but if you go to the Market place and type Salesforce Jira connect it will populate. This is pretty robust app and does a great job in connecting the two systems.
There is another way to connect cloud sites or even DC to Cloud or Server to Cloud with Application Link in the system settings. Sorry I forgot to mention this one. Here is some information about that

If my recommendation were helpful please accept this answer as it will help others.
Thank you for being part of the community and glad to welcome a new member.
