When customers reply to a request by email, we have option to get content above a certain line in the email. Is this configured within the product or is there some configuration that needs to be done to enable this option?
Hi @Shashi Matha , i'm not quite following your request here. Are you asking if you can edit the notification that sent to the customer where they "reply above line" ? What exactly is your goal?
Yes how do we implement where we get only replies above a line.
