Is it possible to disable the "Blocker" priority from selection in our Portal? Right now customers are able to select priorities and I don't want the customer to have the ability to choose the blocker option. However I still need that "Blocker" option available on that service desk for our team members to use. So I can't just remove the "Blocker" priority from the scheme. Is there a property that I can use similar to

jira.field.resolution.exclude?

Are you Cloud or On Prem.

You can do this on Prem in later versions (7.6 or later) with Priority Schemes.

I am on PREM and I will just create a new priority scheme to resolve this for that project. Thanks for the information on this situation.

Sadly no. Please see this issue that basically says the NG is the answer but that doesn't help JSD classic anyway. JRACLOUD-3821
