Hi @hristo.iliev If you open your board then click on ... -> Board Settings -> Edit Filter Shares, check if your former user is part of any of the group/project/organization with which the filter is shared and remove the user from it.
Hi @Kishan Sharma , thank you for the replay. I was searching for all groups but the former users were not part of any of them. Is it possible to be related to old issues, for example if I delete all their issue, maybe they will go out automatically or I'm wrong?

No, you don't need to delete the issues. Could you please share a screenshot of the kanban board where you can see the former user ? it will help to understand the issue better

Thanks for the screenshot. Can you try to assign all the issues assigned to the former user to someone else (bulk edit) and see if that help?

i still see former users , they have been deleted and no issues attached
