How to resolve the 404 error in global automation rule created for backup.

I have created a global automation rule for backup with webhook and using cron job but getting an error or 401 to 404 series error. I have attached screenshot for reference if anyone have configured the same or have resolution for this query please update here.

Are you using /rest/api/3/issue to create a jira ticket?

Is the json issue body present and correctly formatted

I'm not sure why your error message is ending in /issues when your config is /issue

We are using normal Jira Form to open or create issues, not sure about why issue is coming as issues in error message. also, Json body is correctly formatted.
