Currently Our Service Desk portal is having 3 Customer Service Desk Projects and all customers are able to access the other customer Service Desk Project. How to restrict to view / access a Customers for Other Customer Service project in Jira Service Portal?
To restrict access, you need to go to each project's Project Settings > Customer Permissions section and select "Customers who are added to the project". So, project Administrators can control who can access the project by managing the Users and Roles project settings by associating authorized customers to the ServiceTeam Customers role.
Hope this helps.

I tried this option by following the article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/how-to-restrict-customers-access-to-specific-projects-only-in-jira-service-desk-cloud-815566896.html.
Even after setting this option, When customer logs into support portal, they can view the other customer Service projects.
Any other options??

Please check each project's users/roles to ensure only the proper users are listed for servicedesk customers role. The reason why users still can see the projects which they should not be able to see was because they are already included in "Users and Roles" setup for the project(s). You will need delete the unwanted users for each project.
