I am not able to see customer Portal for Jira service Management also i have attached a snapshot for this can u please look into this on priority

Did you click on channels? From there there should be a link to the portal.

Sorry I’m confused are you saying that the image you provided is not what you’re seeing? If that is the case could you please provide an image of what you are  seeing?
