So far I have done the following, but all the customers in this project cannot see all the issues from other customers
- Created an organization and placed customers in the org.
- Gave "Any logged in user" permissions under "Browse Projects"
I am missing some permission somewhere, for the customers to be able to see all the issues in the que but have had zero luck finding it this week.
thanks in advance for your time and effort,
Rob c.
Hi Rob,
Under Jira Service Management, customers can only see issues that they submit or are associated with an organization they are a part of. Simply applying the Any logged in user would work only if all of the users have Jira licenses.
So the goal is to have every customer inside of the organization that I have created, able to view all issues created by any other customer in that org. I have 3 currently in the org, and have ran some test issues, and they can still only see the issues they created, none from the other customers.

Maybe that is what I am missing? I don't believe I placed the org value on every ticket, I'm not even sure where that is added.

There is a field called Organization. They should all have the same value and the users must all be in that same Organization.

The link provides me with information I have already taken care of I believe. I have made an organization and placed customers inside of it. And that org is under the 'customers' section in 'channels & people' for the project. I am not sure where this field is at though, or how to manage the value you are referring to.

It might be under the Hide when Empty section of the screen. Click on the Configure link at the bottom right of the screen to move it up to the Context area.
