I am trying to get the internal Jira SLA Values, using SLA smartvalues, like some examples I found in the Atlassian support but I didn't get it. I don't know what is going wrong.
I think there are only a few available smart values related to SLA. Can you share more information on what you're trying to create?
Some documentation on SLA smart values which you may have already referenced.
Hi @Christopher Yen my point is if I do need any kind of permission or setup any configuration in order to get the SLA values.
My intention is to save the SLA value in a variable, for example, and print it in a customer's view.
I created 3 types of custom fields: date, number and text trying to see if I could use the SLA vaue in at least one of them.
Look what I have done:
Variables:
SLA Cliente => number field
SLA Cliente Meta => Date Time Picker
SLA Setado => Text Single Line
My SLA Name is "Tempo de resolução"
In my automation:

I don't believe there is any special permission needed beyond what you have already. I would try troubleshooting those smart values by creating a manual trigger rule and just writing the 3 smart values as a comment and see if the values are coming through correctly
