In my company, we used JSM in Standard plan, and we were using the Teams connection to receive some notifications (which was working well). We just upgraded our instance to Premium, and I'd like to connect the chat to Teams, and the Atlassian Assist app, as it seems to have nice features, that would be very interesting for us to try.
The thing is that I am unable set it up, as I get an error as soon as I click on Add to Teams. I know that some procedures say that I should remove the connection and add it again, but it seems I don't have any option to do that
FYI we are still in the Premium trial period. Could it be the cause ?
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Premium trial shouldn't be an issue here.
A while back, there were some issues with connecting different instances of Slack and Microsoft Teams. Notifications for MS Teams are usually configured via the official app, while chat thing is handled via Assist, as you've already seen.
If you click on "Add to Teams", this should redirect you to Microsoft login (would suggest maybe to try this via incognito window or maybe a different browser).
A while back, I remember we had to contact Atlassian Support to remove previous connections, and I'm not sure if that has been fixed.
In any case, I'd recommend reaching out to Support team and giving them instance access so they could debug this.

It appears that my Microsoft account was missing some permissions in Teams (Teams Admin role). Now it works !
