I cannot contact Attlasian support - it shows it loads the all time and it doesn't give the options

Unfortunately when I open it, it shows to load and it remains there.

Can you try to access the site in an incognito or private browser app session?  We need to rule out it is not an local browser cache issue + browser app add-on issue.

Lastly, you may want to contact your IT network team to ensure there is no network blocking of your machine to reach out to the support site.
