I cannot log in my Jira projects

Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan September 1, 2025

I cannot log in to Jira.

Once I try to access my boards it just keeps loading and loading.

This is happening also to other people in my team.

Hello @Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I don't see any active incidents in the Atlassian Status page

https://status.atlassian.com/

Have you tried in different browser applications, after clearing the browser cache, or a private browser window?

Are you all trying to access the same board URL or different pages? Have you tried accessing different pages within Jira?

Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan September 1, 2025

Yes, I tried with different browsers and with a private browser window but still nothing. This is happening since today in the morning.

I have 2 boards inside my project, but I get the same error message for both.

Thank you for that additional information.

You did not mention previously that you are getting an error message. What is the message you are getting?

Are users able to access other boards in other projects?

When I try to log in after staying in a loop for a couple of minutes, I get this message that says that I could try again but when I click on it the same just happens again and again.

Nobody can log in to any of the boards inside the project.

It's happening since today. We haven't had any issues in the past and we haven't made any changes in the configuration.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Are you able to access the Jira home page for your instance?

<your base url>/jira

I am flagging your post to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members, but their SLA for such flags is 2 business days.

As a user community we do not have any access to your instance  or the Atlassian infrastructure to diagnose why you are seeing this issue.

Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan September 1, 2025

Sadly no, if I try to access to prudentialsaf.atlassian.net/jira I get the same message.

Thanks.

@Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan

Thanks for coming to our Community. With this happening to your entire team, would you happen to know if your site admin has made any recent changes or possibly claimed your domains?

It would be ideal for your to work with your site admin to see if any changes made might be impacting your team's ability to get logged in.

Good morning!! No, we haven't made any changes to the site configuration or the boards. It was working fine on Friday then and after the weekend nobody can log in.

@Juan Carlos Venegas Liñan

Could you please confirm if you're attempting to access Jira or Jira Service Management? I ask this as your Community post is for Jira Service Management but I found a possible issue with your Jira site.

I see your Jira site was deactivated as of the 1st of September, and your site admin was notified on the 15th of August. If it's Jira you're needing access to you'll need to work with your site admin to get the Jira app reactivated, as it's most likely a billing or user count issue.
