Hi,
I can currently login to my atlassian account via Google, but I want to login with a password, which I do not have/know and cannot reset.
I've been away at my current company for 6 months, which could mean some emails to me have bounced.
I do also not receive any ticket updates. When trying to change my email (as a test, to our onmicrosoft domain) I get that confirmation email. I just don't know the password and cannot reset it.
Also, I am just a guest for some software suppliers of ours, we do not own any atlassian product ourselves.
Is there anything you can do for me? So I need two things which I believe both might be result of my email having bounced in the past.
1. My atlassian account password reset
2. Ticket notifications via email.
Thanks for any support.
@Mike Linssen welcome to the Atlassian community
If the account, you used to be owned by your company you will not be able to claim it without the help of the company. https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-managed-accounts/
If that is the case and your company will not release it to you then you would have to create a new account.
If it is a personal account then you will have to contact support if you are not getting any emails. If you are on a free plan I can escalate your request to support in the community.
Hi @Brant Schroeder ,
My account is not owner by a company. I created my account myself, but my email address itself has been disabled for 6 months because of my leave with my current company. So I reckon I am just on the bounce list and that is why I don't receive any updates for tickets of projects I am invited to of our suppliers.
Is there a possibility you can check if I am on, and if, remove me off of the bounce list?
Thanks!

@Mike Linssen I have escalated to Atlassian. Is the email address on your account the same as what is associated with your community account?

@Brant Schroeder Yes it is the same as this community account. mlinssen@econox.nl
Thanks so much for your efforts! Would be a blessing to be able to use atlassian normally again and get notifications from Jira and related products!
