×I have an automation rule with the trigger: "when sprint starts", the rule is working for software projects but is not even running for service project, or where a sprint board has both service and software projects aligned, it only works on the stories from software project and not service project. Can anyone advise how I can fix it?

This is a company managed Service project
This is what the rule looks like, posted above:
There is nothing in the audit log meaning the rule is not even triggering. I think the problem is the trigger " When sprint started" , seems like this trigger does not work for service project. What other trigger can I use so that my rule runs after the sprint starts?

Yes, that seems correct as I do not believe Service Projects can have or be in sprints.
In my experience, teams use a Service Project to intake requests / problems, and then use that work item to create a separate work item in a Software Project for a team to implement / build changes. As the software work item progresses, the service one is updated accordingly. Many of those actions may be done using automation rules spanning the two Jira projects.
