I’m unable to access the Timeline view in our Jira project. Other users in the same project can see the Timeline, but I cannot. I've:

  • Logged out, cleared cache/cookies,

  • Tried multiple browsers and incognito mode.

The browser console shows:

Feature flags are not available yet. The feature flag client can't be initialized.
Multiple versions of FeatureGateClients found on the current page.
The currently bound version is 0.0.0-use.local when module version 4.23.4 was loading.

It appears my user account is stuck with an invalid feature flag client version and is unable to initialize properly.

Hello @Marisha

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You have posted your question in the Jira Service Management Questions forum. Can you confirm for us that this concerns a Jira Service Management project? Get the project Type information from Projects > More Projects > View All Projects. Find the project in the list an tell us what it says in the Type column.

Can you provide a screen image of what you are able to see for the project? You can obscure the details of the issues themselves.

Have you gotten a copy of the specific URL the other users are accessing and tried to access it?

It says Team-managed software.

This is what I can see for the project:

I've gotten a URL from other users and when I try to click it I get a 404 errorimage.png

HI @Marisha

Welcome to the community.

Do you have the same role/permissions as the other users or have you not been granted a license?

Hi @Marisha

Don't use a URL from a user.

Browse to this project in Jira yourself, the URL presented is a result of a search this will expire after a while.

HI @Marisha

Then as I mentioned before, it seems you don't have permissions.

What if you go the the project using:https://<instance-name>.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projetcs/BKB
