I want to pull the duration(time) taken between the different status of the tickets (such as assigned to resolved, New to closed etc..
We need to present this data in dashboard/report.
We wanted to capture the total time taken to for an issue between Creation to Closed
Initial Analysis to Assigned to any team. -------------- How much time
Assigned to the team to in progress.----------------- How much time
In Progress to Resolved -----------------How much time
Resolved to Closed------------------ How much time.
Kindly help me out how to pull the report and share it with the Customers.

I have used this Addon and i want to know whether this could be accessed by the End users.which means does have only Customer portal access.

As an alternative, you can try Status Time Reports app developed by our team. It mainly provides reports and gadgets based on how much time passed in each status.
