I have different projects in Jira Service Desk.
It seems that the portal is the same for the different projects. And, anyone that access to the portal is able to choose any of the projects and create a ticket on any of the projects.
I would like to have different portals. One for each project. Because I want to avoid customers that belong to an specific service (project) from seeing and, even more, entering tickets for another service (project)
As we will have different teams for each project, it's the same for Team members accessing only the project that they're assigned to.
If I understand you correctly, then this cannot be done :) If you are using the server version, you can look at this plugin, but in general you cannot have different portals for different projects.
Among other things, you can configure the permission schemes for the customers and your teams so that they see only the projects available to them, but this will not allow you to change the entire portal.
Just to be sure.
I have a commom URL, in my case epladur.atlassian.net, and all the projects are nested below this URL.
Is it posible to have different URLs so I can assing different projects to different URLs?
Thank you.
