When assigning issue personnel,
I would like to include the issue details in the notification email.
The reason is that the assigned person wants to check the contents of the issue without having to access the Jira project.
Currently, 'JSM issue was just updated!!' This message is sent.
I would like to include issue details whenever the issue status changes.
Hello,
You may want to look at this ticket from a few years ago:
It explains that you turn off the default notification, and create an automation rule, that allows you to put what ever you want in your ticket.
This may chew into your automation count though, which wasn't a problem when this solution was suggested.
Hope that helps

I would like to add the form content to the notification as well. Is this possible?
{{issue.template}}
is this right?
Also, can you send a link to the issue in the notification?

Hello,
Yes, you can create Links to Forms.
From the Form you have created, go to settings and click pn
Create a Sharable Link, you can select the Request Type(s) and then acopy the link and put that into your automation.
I've not actually done this, so pls let me know if this works as I suspect.
Cheers
Mark
