In my company they require more information about the issues created, what each axis represents and colors, number of issues in each bar, etc. to appear on the bars.
Is it possible to customize this?
Unfortunately, this Jira gadget cannot be customized in the way you want. The bars displays the number of issues created in each month, and the green bar indicates how many of those issues were resolved (based on Resolution field, not status).
If you need better charts, my advice is to search on Atlassian Marketplace for an app that provides dashboard gadgets.
