@Prashant Sangappa Shivashimpi
hi , Now it can trigger a email notification when issue due date approaching. I found a problem, it also email to who has no due time issue .I set the group to notify, but it will email to everyone in the group even he or she has no due time issue. I just want to email to assignee not to every one in the group. Could you help me with this? Thanks.
JQL :
project = PE AND assignee = currentUser() AND due >= now() AND due <= 3d
email received by a member in the group:

It looks you choose a "filter subscription" - which is perfectly fine but is a different solution than Automation rules.
https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/jql-the-most-flexible-way-to-search-jira-3-of-4
In settings for filter subscriptions you can set
( ) Email this filter, even if there are no issues found.
If this setting is checked, it will also mail if no issues are found.
I believe this is the case for your scenario.
Additionally - or exclusively - it might be that the currentUser() function is not working for the subscription.
I found a Suggestion on that which described this is not working - it was closed with "won't fix".

In summary: if it is not just the setting that will prevent from mailing an empty result set - it will not work that way and you would need to use an App possibly to meet the requirement.

@Daniel Ebers Thanks for you reply. Now it can be email just to team member who has due time issue. I removed this setting.
