Good Morning;
I'm trying to configure Jira Service Desk to open an issue from an email and it's not working for me.
When I run the test I get the following error.
@Javier Carrasco , so you are mixing Jira w/ JSD.
First you have posted this in the Jira Community collection but you are working w/ JSD. I will move the post to JSD.
Second you are using the email channel configuration for JSW projects not JSD. To set up a channel for your JSD project please go to project > Project settings > Email requests and configure either the default email or your own Custom email address. You can read more here - receiving-requests-by-email
Good Morning,
Sorry for not registering the query correctly, I did not realize. We have solved the error, the same was because we had expired in Ad-on JEMH and was blocking the creation of incidents. Or at least we believe that since the update has been resolved.

hello PVS, the email is not duplicated, it is the one used by the Jira administrator and from which the system notifications are sent. I have changed to an email address not used by any user and the error persists.
