I would like to know if it's possible to inherite SLA from a task to a subtask and not having the subtask to have his own SLA starting from 0?
I did not find any add-on yet doing this....
Hi @Cédric Daemen , interesting question unfortunately there is no way to do that. Why does the parent SLA not fulfill your requirements and simply leave SLAs off of subtasks?

This is the way my client is working he needs to have the same SLA inherite from the parent.
I advice him to use "linked" ticket instead of subtask and it kinda works.
